Ronald Pies Sr. Age 62 years o f Harrison, OH passed away Monday, April 3, 2006 in Harrison, OH. Born September 29, 1943 in Wichita Falls, TX he was the son of the late Robert & Irene (Mayfield) Pies. He married Rosalind Gaskill on March 11, 1967. He graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in 1962, was a US Air Force marine, member of American Legion Post #199, corvette enthusiast and owner/operator of Ron Pies Construction Co., Inc. Mr. Pies is survived by his wife of 39 years Rosalind Pies, children Ronald Pies Jr., Lisa (Chris) Meyer, Julie Pies & Tammy Pies; grandchildren Ashley Meyer & Nathan Meyer; brother of Bev (Ed) Bosse. Visitation will be Wed. April 5, 2006 from 4-8 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Harrison, OH. Services will be Thurs. April 6, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 115 S. Vine St., Harrison, OH 45030 with Rev. Glenn Baaten officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Gardens. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Assoc.
