Ronald Leo Sunderhaus, 47, of Brookville, formerly of Sunman, IN died Saturday, September 10, 2011 unexpectedly at Margaret Mary Community Hospital. The son of Alvin and Charlene (Roy) Sunderhaus was born June 12, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from East Central High School in 1982 and from Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis, IN. He married Melissa Kessens on May 11, 1996 at the Batesville United Methodist Church. Ron worked as security at Honda in Greensburg. Ron liked to camp, hunt, fish and just being outdoors. His family said he liked to tinker with all kinds of stuff. Ron loved 'tormenting' his brother Butch, and loved all of his family. He will be remembered as a wonderful father, husband, son, brother, son-in-law and friend. He will be truly missed by his wife, Melissa, and daughter Michaela Jordan Sunderhaus along with his father, Alvin and step- mother, Dolly Sunderhaus of Sunman; father and mother-in-law Paul and Judy Kessens of Greensburg; brother Alvin "Butch" (Evelyn) Sunderhaus of Sunman, sister Linda (Greg) Schmidt of Harrison; and 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 2 great nieces and 1 great nephew. Visitation Wednesday from 5-8pm at Meyers Funeral Home. Funeral Thursday, September 15, 2011, 10am at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville Indiana.
