Ruth C. Doolan passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at St. Andrews Health Campus in Batesville, IN at the age of 83. She was formerly of Guilford, IN. Ruth was born on April 24, 1931 to Harry & Cecilia (Winkelbach) Feldkamp in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is survived by her 7 children, 3 step children, 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her late husband Clarence Doolan in 2008, three children and her brothers Joseph, Harry & Frank Feldkamp. Ruth worked in the medical field for a while but most of the time she was a homemaker. She loved to crochet and work jigsaw puzzles. Her and her husband Clarence, were in a lot of Euchre tournaments and loved to go dancing. She enjoyed music and liked to sing. Ruth was also in love with Elvis. Together, she and Clarence raised lots of German Sheperds and canaries too. Visitation will be Monday, January 26, 2015 from 5-7pm at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN. Funeral Blessing will be 7pm on Monday with Fr. Humbert Moster OFM officiating. Burial will be on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in St. Mary Cemetery in St. Bernard.
