Sandra S. Maxfield, 61, of Batesville passed away on August 18, 2024, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina on October 7, 1962, to Stanley Sylvester and Annie Belle (Kennedy) Dietrich.

Sandi was a remarkable woman whose gentle touch and dedication touched many lives. She devoted herself to caring for others with unwavering commitment. She loved her dogs and also immersed herself in the thrill of horror movies. Her legacy of kindness and joy will be remembered by all who knew her.

Sandi is survived by her husband, Frank Maxfield; sons: Robert (Natasha) Dietrich, Frank Maxfield, Billy Maxfield; daughter, Nikki Maxfield-Bush.

She is also survived by many grandchildren and 7 siblings.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Dietrich; and sister, Sharron Green.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 2:00 pm at River View Cemetery in Aurora. Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of Meyers Funeral Home, PO Box 202, Batesville, IN 47006.
