Sherry B. Beierle, 70, of Batesville, passed away May 22, 2022 at UC Hospital. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 17, 1951 to Emmett and Catherine (Schuler) Spechthold.

Sherry was a 1971 graduate of Greenhills High School and spent many years working at Drake Hospital as a Candy Striper. In her more recent years, she was employed by Margaret Mary Health. She was a long time member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Batesville as well.

Sherry enjoyed gardening, sewing, and embroidery. She could often be found cooking for her family and friends who she loved dearly. Sherry was often known for having many fur children over the years and was affectionately known as "Sparkles" by her fiancé.

Sherry will be deeply missed by her children, Melissa Marlow (Brian), Joseph Beierle, and Matthew Beierle (Alicia); fiance and best friend, Donald Biederman; grandchildren, Carissa, Tanner, Tatum, Conner, Kayla, and Ethan; sister, Beverly Kirby; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister, Terry Wetzel.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM with a memorial service at 3:00 PM all at Meyers Funeral Home.
