Shirley L. Cook, age 71 years of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Harrison. Born October 25, 1936 in Franklin County, IN she was the daughter of the late Conley & Bertha (Tucker) Burns. She graduated from Whitewater High School, married Raymond H. Cook on December 18, 1954 in Harrison, OH and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Harrison, OH Mrs. Cooks is survived by her husband Raymond Cook, son Bruce (Debbie) Cook and grandsons Jeff & Daniel Hicks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Burns. Visitation will be Monday, June 16, 2008 from 5-8pm at the Church of the Nazarene, 249 Sunset Ave., Harrison, OH 45030. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the church with Pastor Arno Wilson officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Church of the Nazarene.
