Shirley Mae Fultz, age 64 of Vevay, IN passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 in Cincinnati, OH. Born February 4, 1951 in Batesville, IN she was the daughter of Fred Laymon & Georgia May (Lewis) Patrick.

On Nov. 28, 1967 she married Paul E. Fultz in Lawrenceburg, IN.   She worked for many years at Roxanno's and later Belterra Casino.

Shirley is survived by her husband Paul E. Fultz, children Lisa (Denny) Callahan, Paul (Beth) Fultz, Teresa Fultz & Melinda Fultz. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Kyri Metcalf, Denny Ray Callahan, Jason Fultz, Jackie Paugh, Jacob Fultz, Phillip Hall, Taryn Hall, Timothy Fultz Jr., Averi Fultz and Kadin Fultz. She will also be missed by her 16 great grandchildren and siblings Diane Snyder, Fred (Violet) Patrick, Ray (Lynn) Patrick & Larry (Julie) Patrick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant daughter Mary Fultz.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
