Shirley Jean Smith, 80, of Greensburg passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025. She was born on April 24, 1944 in Cincinnati, Ohio as the daughter of Odus and Susie (Tyree) McBride.

She was a woman who loved reading and spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching movies and cherished long phone conversations with her loved ones. Her family meant the world to her, and she will be remembered for her warmth, love, and the joy she found in simple moments together.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Tammy Coleman; sons: Dwayne Prince and Michael Prince; 29 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters: Diana and Dorothy.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Russell Prince and Robert Smith; daughter, Lisa Gray; son, James Prince.

Shirley's wishes were to be cremated and a graveside service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 12:00 pm at St. John UCC (Huntersville) Cemetery in Batesville.
