Sonny Lee James Davis, age 63 of Batesville, IN passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Born December 11, 1951 in Batesville, IN he was the son of the late Charles & Bernice (Bohn) Davis. He married Betty Napier in Jellico, TN on October 5, 1973. Sonny is survived by his wife Betty Davis, his daughter Melissa Rork of Batesville; his grandsons Teagan, Corygan and Hagen Rork and his siblings Dennis Eugene Davis of Batesville, Sue Davis of Texas, Myrtle White of Florida and June Croddy of Shelbyville, IN. In addition to his parents, Sonny was preceded in death by his son Terry Lee Davis and siblings Bill Davis, Tommy Davis and Rosie Knipp. Friends may call from 6:30-7:30pm, Friday, July 31, 2015 at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN.
