Stacie Lynn (Ertel) Murrell, age 48 of Oldenburg, IN passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013 in Indianapolis, IN. She was born July 17, 1965 in Batesville, IN and is the daughter of Barbara (Fasbinder) Wenning & the late Mark Ertel. She married John Murrell Jr. on July 19, 2003 in Gatlinburg, TN. Stacie was a loving wife and mother. She worked at Valeo in Greensburg, IN before transferring to Ohio Valeo but spent the last few years as a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, watching NFL and being with her family. Stacie is survived by her husband John Murrell Jr., her daughter Tasha (David) Rodriguez of Batesville, IN and sons Jackson & Tanner Murrell of Oldenburg, IN. She will also be missed by her grandbabies Gavin, Leilan & Isabela Rodriguez, her sister Tonya (Todd) Dickman of Batesville, mother & step father Barbara & Don Wenning of Batesville, father-in-law John Murrell Sr & mother-in-law Sharon Schafer. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, July 28, 2013 at the Brookville Legion Hall, 1290 Fairfield Ave, Brookville, IN starting at 12:30pm with lunch being served.
