Steven Jesse Roberts, 75, of Greensburg, Indiana passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023 at his home. He was born on July 23, 1947 in Brown County, Indiana to parents, Warren and Elberta (Powell) Roberts.

Steven enjoyed fishing, golfing, hunting, and Sunday cruises in his Corvette. He was a member of F&AM and served in the United States Navy during Vietnam. Steven married his wife, Linda, on April 15, 1978 and she preceded him in death.

Steven is survived by his children, Courtney Clemons (Bob), Bryon Roberts, Shannon Roberts, Scot Roberts (Daniel), and Stephanie Simkins (Patrick); grandchildren, Sean Roberts, Ariel Quick, Zach, Emily, and Lainey Brunker, Avarie Allgeier, Bryon Roberts, Teesa, Taiden, and Rhett Roberts; great grandchildren, Luna, Ryler, Jack, Jazmin, Jasper, and Elijah;

He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Elberta, his wife, Linda, and sister, Carolyn Acton.

A visitation will be held Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00pm funeral service all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, Indiana. Military honors will be conducted by the Batesville VFW Post #3183 and Prell-Bland American Legion Post #271.
