Teresa Susanne Cox, age 53 of Thorntown, IN passed away Friday, August 10, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Born April 29, 1959 she was the daughter of the late Albert & Regina Pospichal. Teresa is survived by 3 children, 4 stepchildren, 3 grandchildren and 2 brothers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Cox and 1 brother. Services are private at the convenience of the family.
