Thomas D. McDaniel, age 62 years of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012 at his home in Ft. Worth, TX. Born October 5, 1949 in Cincinnati, OH he was the son of the late Edward McDaniel & Elizabeth (Griffin) McDaniel. The Navy and Air Force veteran was a courier for Pronto Courier Service. Thomas is survived by his wife, Jeanne (Richards) McDaniel, and children, Thomas Edward (Maniya) McDaniel, Jamie (Jason) Price and Kelly (Keith) Grober, all of Texas. He will also be missed by his 4 grandchildren, and sisters, Donna (Jerry) Hogan of Mt. Healthy, OH, Mary (Lowell) Coleman of Amelia, OH; Geraldine McDaniel of Cincinnati, OH. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece Jessica Hogan and sibling Tina Hohmeister. Memorial service will be Monday, August 6, 2012, 11:00 a.m., at St. John United Church of Christ, Harrison, OH with Rev. Harold Shackelford officiating and military honors by the Harrison Funeral Detail. Donations are suggested to American Cancer Society.
