Virginia Lee Irrgang, age 86 of Batesville, IN passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg, IN. Born December 5, 1925 in Batesville, IN she was the daughter of the late Andrew & Clara (Hoff) Irrgang. She worked in the office for Romweber for many years and enjoyed reading. The avid Reds fan even attended the World Series to see the Big Red Machine play in 1976. Virginia was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Huntersville and Order of Easter Stars Chapter 348 in Batesville. Virginia is survived by her dear brother Allen "Andy" Irrgang and his wife Clare of Batesville, IN. She will also be missed by 5 nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Evelyn Moeller and an infant brother Stanley Irrgang. Visitation will be Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 10am 12 noon followed by services at 12 noon all at Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN with Rev. David Johnston officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Penntown, IN. Memorials are suggested to St. John United Church of Christ c/o Meyers Funeral Home, Batesville, IN.
