Wilma Jane Moody (nee Garrison), age 78 years of Batesville, IN passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at her home in Batesville. Born June 7, 1930 in Lawrenceburg, IN, she was the daughter of the late Charles & Ada (Sefton) Garrison. She married Robert Moody on November 18, 1961 in Lawrenceburg. She was a member of the Berean Baptist Church. Mrs. Moody is survived by her daughters Pamela McMullen of Manchester, IN; Marlene Hess of Lawrenceburg, IN & Dawn Lyle of Metamora, IN; sons Michael Hess & Lester Moody both of New Point, IN; sister Mary Tice of Yorkville, IN; 12 grandchildren & 20 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Moody, son Larry Moody & 9 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be Friday, July 25, 2008 from 5-8pm at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville, IN. Funeral Services will be Saturday, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Toby Huff officiating. Burial will be in Batesville Methodist Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Margaret Mary Hospice or Berean Baptist Church.
